Substitutions are available to allow runners to transfer their entry to another person if they are unable to participate.

Entry Policy
All entries are final — there will be no refunds. However, substitutions will be facilitated at Race Pack Collection for a fee of R50.00.
How Substitutions Work
- Substitutions must be arranged at Race Pack Collection
- A R50.00 fee applies per substitution
- The substitute runner must meet all entry requirements (age, ASA licensing if applicable)
- Race pack items and race number are transferred to the substitute runner
- No refunds are offered — only substitutions are allowed
Race Pack Collection Schedule
When:
- Friday 28 August 2026: 12:00 – 19:00
- Saturday 29 August 2026: 06:00 – 08:30
Where: THIRSTI Beverages, Tulbagh
Important Notes
Substitutions cannot be made after Race Pack Collection closes on the morning of the race. Plan your substitution well in advance if needed.
